Version Upgrades
CASY version upgrades are typically managed and scheduled by the CASY team as part of the platform’s ongoing maintenance and improvement process. As a result, clients generally do not need to take any action to receive version updates.
In exceptional circumstances, a version upgrade may be requested; however, such cases are uncommon and are handled in coordination with the CASY team.
