Functions for multiple reservations
In this chapter, you can learn more about the functions for multiple reservations in the reservations’ section.
1. Prerequisites
In order to handle multiple reservations, you must have entered them in the system beforehand.
2. The process
Step 1
Select the desired reservations in the reservation list by checking the box at the bottom of the line. (A)
To select all displayed reservations, right-click on a reservation and choose the last option: “Select/deselect all reservations”.
Step 2
After selecting at least one reservation, a menu will appear above the list. There are two options: “Select Action” (B) and “Select Document” (C).
Step 2.1: SELECT ACTION
By clicking on “Select Action,” several actions are available:
- Edit the reservation status
- Edit the reservation type
- Edit the arrival date
- Edit the departure date
- Delete the reservation
Step 2.1.1
By clicking on “Edit reservation status”, you can change the status of all selected reservations.
You can select the new status from the drop-down menu in the popup that appears.
Click “Submit” to save your choice, then confirm the changes in the popup.
Step 2.1.2
By clicking on “Edit reservation type,” you can change the type of all selected reservations.
You can select the new type from the drop-down menu in the popup that appears.
Click “Submit” to save your choice, then confirm the changes in the popup.
Step 2.1.3
By clicking on “Edit arrival date,” you can change the arrival date of all selected reservations.
You can enter the new arrival date in the popup that appears.
Click “Submit” to save your choice, then confirm the changes in the popup.
Step 2.1.4
By clicking on “Edit departure date”, you can change the departure date of all selected reservations.
You can enter the new departure date in the popup that appears.
Click “Submit” to save your choice, then confirm the changes in the popup.
Step 2.1.5
By clicking on “Delete”, you will delete all selected reservations.
Click “Delete selected records” to save your choice, then confirm the changes in the popup.
Step 2.2: SELECT DOCUMENT
By clicking on “Select Document,” you can choose from several personalised documents configured for multiple reservations.
Step 2.2.1
If you have selected several reservations with the same billing address, the document created will be automtically addressed to the billing address and will contain the information of all selected reservations.
To have a consistent result, all billing addresses should be similar.
Step 2.2.2
The document will open on a new page from which you can print it, create a PDF, or copy it into an email.
