In this chapter, you can learn some useful featuers when using Tomas and CASY

1. Prerequisites

Your CASY must be integrated with the Tomas Channel Manager.

You must have a Tomas login

2. Documents

2.1 Simple

When a reservation is made directly through the Tomas channel manager, the customer receives a confirmation.

Confirmation texts can be changed at will on Tomas’ platform, as explained in the next paragraphs.

When we are inside this mask by clicking on “Master Data,” we can see our facility and rooms

By clicking on “Description” we can change the hotel information and therefore also what will be sent by email.

Instead, if you want to edit room texts you can click on a room and then descriptions.

2.2 Advanced

For more changes you can also go under “NEW: TBookingPlus”

Click on Open Configuration

Clicking on Design

Here you can then make several changes to the site and email.
