In this chapter, you can learn how to access the CASY program.
Access to the CASY Front software is protected by a personal password for each user.

1. Prerequisites

To access the CASY program, you need the following:

• Be using a PC, tablet or smartphone with internet connection.
• Having received from CASY the link, username and password to access the program.

2. The login process

• Open Firefox or Google Chrome and open the link that was sent to you by CASY. You can save this link to favorites or define it as your browser start page.
• Use your username and password.
• Confirm with Enter.
• You will have access to CASY with the functions defined by your user role.

3. Options

If requested by the hotel manager, an additional Google reCAPTCHA module can be activated.

! Important information!

• It is the hotel manager’s responsibility to ensure that only authorised employees can access the data.
• After a certain number of incorrect login attempts, the program blocks the IP address from which the request came for a certain amount of time.
• Data transmission occurs via an https protocol.
• Accesses to the program are saved in a protocol.
