How to Export Upcoming Reservations and Warn Guests About Fraud Attempts
This guide explains how to export data on future reservations from CASY, including guests’ email addresses and phone numbers, so you can contact them and inform them about potential fraud attempts via email, text message, or WhatsApp.
1. Go to the list of reservations
To extract the booking data from CASY, open the booking menu in the corresponding section and click the button shown in the following figure.

2. Filter entries by date
You can then filter the reservations by check-in and check-out dates.
We recommend setting a time frame that begins at least two weeks before today’s date and extends several years into the future.
This way, you can also include bookings that have already begun, as well as those scheduled for the coming months or years.

3. Export data in CSV format
After you’ve set the filters, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Export” button.
The system allows you to download a CSV file containing the data for the selected bookings to your computer.

4. Contact the guests
The exported CSV file contains a list of reservations and the corresponding available data, including:
- Guests’ email addresses
- Phone numbers
- Information About Reservations
You can use this contact information to warn guests about potential scams via text message, email, or WhatsApp.
5. Example of a message to guests
Subject: Important Notice – Possible Fraudulent Messages Regarding Your Reservation
Dear Guest,
We would like to inform you that in recent days, some customers have received fraudulent messages via WhatsApp, email, or text message asking them to make an advance payment to confirm their reservation.
We ask that you pay special attention to the following:
- Do not make any payments in response to suspicious requests.
- Do not click on links in messages from questionable sources.
- Do not disclose any bank account information, credit card information, or other personal information.
Warning: These fraudulent messages may contain accurate information about your reservation, such as your name, dates of stay, or other details. Even if the information provided is correct, this does not guarantee that the message is genuine.
We therefore ask that you refrain from clicking on suspicious links and always verify payment requests by contacting our hotel directly using the official contact information.
Important: Even if a message contains accurate information about your reservation or appears to come from the hotel, this does not necessarily mean it is genuine. Always verify payment requests using the hotel’s official contact details, and do not let urgent requests pressure you into making a payment.
We appreciate your cooperation and are happy to answer any questions you may have.
Best regards,
The hotel team
